With registration right around the corner, some of you may still be unsure of what discipline you want to apply to for our 2019 National Pole Sport Championships. Well we've created a section - What Do I Choose? - on our website that might help you out a bit more with your selection.

Take the time to go through each discipline and see if you connect with one more than another. Can't choose between two? Why not do both! Many athletes choose to do multiple disciplines so they can showcase different aspects and sides of themselves.
